All materials have slight variations across the slab – especially natural stone, such as granite, marble, and quartzite. Every natural slab is unique.
Variation in color and veining sometimes creates more visible seams. With our digital layout technology, we can visualize how the seams will look, and adjust accordingly. For a small additional fee, our customers can see how their chosen slabs will look in their kitchen or bathroom. We’ll make sure you’re happy with our seam placement, and give you the peace of mind of knowing exactly how your space will look after installation.
We recommend digital layout services for any customer who chooses a high-variation color, or is concerned about the visual appearance of seams. Ask us about adding on a digital layout visualization for your countertop!
Once you select your slab, we’ll overlay an image of your countertop specs on top of your stone. This will allow us to see and adjust the veining, making sure that continuous veins run through the seams. 
In some cases, we may recommend that you purchase additional material in order to get the ideal look. You will have the option to purchase an additional slab, or accept another layout using the material you’ve already purchased.
